ADAMS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PRESCHOOL

This is my last year teaching preschool. We will be in school through May 26, 2017. We are not taking enrollment for next year. Thank you!

ALL CLASSES FOR THE 2016-2017 SCHOOL YEAR ARE CURRENTLY FULL. IF A SPOT BECOMES AVAILABLE, IT WILL BE POSTED IMMEDIATELY.

Classes offered:

Mon - Fri 8:45 - 11:15 (FULL) or 12:15 - 2:45 ( FULL)

This class is for 4/5 year olds. Children must be 4 by Aug 31st and attending kindergarten fall 2017. $125/month

Mon, Wed, Fri 9:30 - 11:30 (FULL) or 12:00 - 2:00 (FULL)

This class is for 3/4 year olds- $85/month -

Tues, Thurs 9:30 - 11:30 (FULL) or 12:00 - 2:00 (FULL).

This class is for 3/4 year olds - $70/month

I keep a waiting list for all those who would like a spot in a full class. There is a chance that a spot may open up, as things change for people over the summer.

BOOK ORDERS

Scholastic Book Orders are due on Jan 31st. We are doing a combined Jan/Feb order. Books will be here by Valentine's Day. Ordering online is easiest at www.scholastic.com/bookclubs Our online class code is GQRPN. If you have friends who are interested in ordering books that is totally fine. I have had neighbors and friends in the past take advantage of Scholastic's great prices through our classroom book orders. The more books into little reader's hands, the better!Thanks!

The mission of Adams Preschool

Adams Elementary School Preschool believes in a child directed classroom that offers hands-on opportunities for learning in a safe and clean environment. With the needs of 3 to 5 year-olds in mind, our mission is to aid and support children in their development of language, the strengthening of fine and gross motor skills, the development of cognitive skills in preparation for reading and math readiness, and socio-emotional skills. The centers in the classroom include dramatic play, art, literacy, math, and science. We believe that children learn through play and this is a vital component of our classroom. The child/teacher ratio is kept at 3 to 1 to maximize learning and offer more one on one attention. Adams views the teacher/parent relationship as a team effort and encourages parents to be active members in our classroom. Our door is always open.
