PRESCHOOL UPDATES

What have we been up to? FALL FUN! Our apple orchard field trip was HEAVY! The trees are 43 LBS lighter! Yes, we picked 43 LBS of apples! And I hope you're all enjoying them. We ate more of them for snack today. They are yummy dipped in peanut butter, caramel, or chocolate. Or even just alone - nature's perfect food.

We are in leaf mode right now. We touched squash plant leaves, apple tree leaves, maple tree leaves, birch tree leaves.... we watched a demonstration of how plants "suck up" water. Today we played at Smith Park and collected leaves, pine cones, and rocks and created lovely sculptures with our nature finds.

Next week is Halloween pandemonium! One of my favorite book making projects is next week. Also, watch for a sign up to help with treats for our party. BOO!!

Robyn Smith

Hi everyone!!!
My name is Robyn and I am one of the teachers at Kinder Ready Kid's Preschool. I am studying Child Development and Dance at BYU-I and I will be graduating this December!!!
I am from a small town in Wisconsin called Fremont where I am the fourth eldest of 12 children :) So lots of experience with little ones, and I am planning to become a Child Life Specialist where I will work with hospitalized children. I love horseback riding, reading, dancing, and traveling. I am excited to continue getting to know your children and for the upcoming activities planned. They will be loads of fun for all involved!!

Jewely Hill

Hello!
My name is Jewely Hill! I'm from a small town just outside of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania where I was born and raised. I'm studying Child Development at BYU-I, and I just completed my 4th year and hope to be done by next summer. I love working with children and have worked with kids my whole life through babysitting, working with children in my church's Sunday school and with extended family.
I am married, I've been married for 3 years, no kids of my own yet though. I love music whether singing or playing instruments or listening to my ipod. I love reading and watching movies, and love playing outside.
I really love working with your children and love every minute that I spend with them!
