ADAMS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PRESCHOOL

This is my last year teaching preschool. We will be in school through May 26, 2017. We are not taking enrollment for next year. Thank you!

ALL CLASSES FOR THE 2016-2017 SCHOOL YEAR ARE CURRENTLY FULL. IF A SPOT BECOMES AVAILABLE, IT WILL BE POSTED IMMEDIATELY.

Classes offered:

Mon - Fri 8:45 - 11:15 (FULL) or 12:15 - 2:45 ( FULL)

This class is for 4/5 year olds. Children must be 4 by Aug 31st and attending kindergarten fall 2017. $125/month

Mon, Wed, Fri 9:30 - 11:30 (FULL) or 12:00 - 2:00 (FULL)

This class is for 3/4 year olds- $85/month -

Tues, Thurs 9:30 - 11:30 (FULL) or 12:00 - 2:00 (FULL).

This class is for 3/4 year olds - $70/month

I keep a waiting list for all those who would like a spot in a full class. There is a chance that a spot may open up, as things change for people over the summer.

The time has come for me to retire from teaching preschool. Sadly, this school year will be my last. This has been a tough decision, but it is for the best. My health hasn't been excellent, and after deliberating with my Dr, I have decided to take a break. A million thank yous to everyone for so much love and support throughout the years.

CLASS AVAILABILITY

I hope you all had a wonderful winter break!

We have new friends in our classes this winter and we welcome them to preschool! There are only 2 classes that have availability right now - MWF afternoon and T/TH morning. Everything else is full.

We said goodbye to Miss Mary and Mr Michael in December. We welcome Miss Savannah, Miss Kelsey, and Miss Courtney, our new interns. Miss Malia, Miss Tara, and Miss Allie are still teaching with me. We are looking forward to an awesome season of learning and fun!

Calendars went home this week. Please make note of our field trip to the Animal Museum at BYUI. Let me know if you have questions. Thank you!

The mission of Adams Preschool

Adams Elementary School Preschool believes in a child directed classroom that offers hands-on opportunities for learning in a safe and clean environment. With the needs of 3 to 5 year-olds in mind, our mission is to aid and support children in their development of language, the strengthening of fine and gross motor skills, the development of cognitive skills in preparation for reading and math readiness, and socio-emotional skills. The centers in the classroom include dramatic play, art, literacy, math, and science. We believe that children learn through play and this is a vital component of our classroom. The child/teacher ratio is kept at 3 to 1 to maximize learning and offer more one on one attention. Adams views the teacher/parent relationship as a team effort and encourages parents to be active members in our classroom. Our door is always open.
