ADAMS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PRESCHOOL

This is my last year teaching preschool. We will be in school through May 26, 2017. We are not taking enrollment for next year. Thank you!

ALL CLASSES FOR THE 2016-2017 SCHOOL YEAR ARE CURRENTLY FULL. IF A SPOT BECOMES AVAILABLE, IT WILL BE POSTED IMMEDIATELY.

Classes offered:

Mon - Fri 8:45 - 11:15 (FULL) or 12:15 - 2:45 ( FULL)

This class is for 4/5 year olds. Children must be 4 by Aug 31st and attending kindergarten fall 2017. $125/month

Mon, Wed, Fri 9:30 - 11:30 (FULL) or 12:00 - 2:00 (FULL)

This class is for 3/4 year olds- $85/month -

Tues, Thurs 9:30 - 11:30 (FULL) or 12:00 - 2:00 (FULL).

This class is for 3/4 year olds - $70/month

I keep a waiting list for all those who would like a spot in a full class. There is a chance that a spot may open up, as things change for people over the summer.

SUMMER UPDATE

Hello all, I hope your summer has been spectacular so far! It's nice to have a break, but I'm always thinking of preschool... I was going over class lists last night and I am so excited to see some familiar faces and meet some new friends as well. Our open house is planned for Tuesday and Wednesday, the 30th and 31st of August. Watch for your postcard to come in the mail!

I am still registering preschoolers for my MWF and T TH classes. They both meet from 12:00 - 2:00. The MWF class is $75/month and the T TH class is $55/month. There is a $25 registration fee.

We went to Yellowstone on the 4th of July and there were still some baby animals walking around! If you get a chance, take a family field trip! It's only 80 miles north of here! My kids have two favorite hikes - Mystic Falls and Fairy Falls. Enjoy our Idaho beauty with your little ones!

EXPANSION

Preschool is in the wings waiting to hear about a possible facility in Rigby! We are super excited to open a new location and serve our close by neighboring community. As soon as we know what is happening, we will make it official. Hopefully we will be ready to open this fall. If not, asap. Either January of 2012, or the fall school year of 2012. The mission of Adams Preschool

Adams Elementary School Preschool believes in a child directed classroom that offers hands-on opportunities for learning in a safe and clean environment. With the needs of 3 to 5 year-olds in mind, our mission is to aid and support children in their development of language, the strengthening of fine and gross motor skills, the development of cognitive skills in preparation for reading and math readiness, and socio-emotional skills. The centers in the classroom include dramatic play, art, literacy, math, and science. We believe that children learn through play and this is a vital component of our classroom. The child/teacher ratio is kept at 3 to 1 to maximize learning and offer more one on one attention. Adams views the teacher/parent relationship as a team effort and encourages parents to be active members in our classroom. Our door is always open.
